Where can I buy magnets and wire to make a wind turbine at home?

I need to make a wind turbine to make electricity in order to power a light bulb and charge either a cellphone or a laptop. Where can I get the stuff I need.

Everything you need, probably even the parts if you wanted to build your own blades, should be available from McMaster-Carr.
