What is the most common wind turbine model for commercial use?

I need to know what the most common commercial wind turbine is, it would also be very helpful if some references were included, thanks :-)

  1. The 3 blade design is pretty much the standard now. The big suppliers of wind turbines are Enercon, Repower, and Vestas. (There may be others I can’t think of at the moment.) Doing a search on those three companies will yield a lot of information.

A Wind Turbine or a Wind Mill as commonly known is made up of 3 steel blades mounted at the top of a tower (horizontally) The blades will start to rotate once the slightest force of Wind Power is applied. Once it rotates, it will begin to generate power in the form of electricity, which directly flows to a generator connected to a dry cell for storage.
