and it's components are the blades, generator, voltage regulator, gear box and battery only.. will these be enough to charge a 6 volt battery???

Yes if you could generate enough voltage with the components and the wind you have.

No, if those are your only components. You forgot the wires. The battery has to be connected to the power.

NO. You also need a rectifier (i.e. a diode bridge) and a capacitor. You need these to change the alternating voltage waveform of the generator to DC so you can charge a battery.

The output of the generator / regulator will need to be matched to the battery. A proper charge controller is the best solution – this will ensure that the battery doesn’t get over charged, or that the battery doesn’t back feed into the generator making it spin like a giant fan…!
