I've pretty much always driven the speed limit - even if I was running late. When the price of gas started going up, I slowed down. I sure you can imagine the response I got from all the "Escaladers" flying past me. Yes, you would think that they'd get a clue - ha-ha-ha. Gas is $3.59/gal. regular where we live and I'm with you - maybe (cross your fingers) that if and when gas gets to $5.00 - there might be some change. I think this might have to be a grass-roots thing as I don't have the confidence that our congress will enact anything, despite all their posturing and outrage.
