A thermal solar panel system can be constructed from stuff from a junk yard. Thermal solar provides hot water which can be used as hot water or as a source of heat. To make a thermal panel you could use refergerator coils placed on top of black rubber car mats. Fill the system with auto antifreeze drained from junk yard cars. All that is needed to power the system is a small pumb to circulate the anti freeze.
