I am just wandering how to find a distributor of wind turbine blades. Situation like this, we company manufactures small wind turbine blades. At present, we have many customers at home, but a big zero for our market abroad. Does anyone works in this field? Or do you have friends engaged in wind energy products?

Here is a rough model of what I call a "vertical offset blade design" for a wind generator. I show only "4 levels", however, more levels can be added. Essentially, the complete bottom two blades are at 90 degrees to each other. The next upper one, the third complete blade is at 45 degrees to the second one. The fourth complete blade is at 90 degrees to the thrid complete blade. Some of my reasoning to this design are that more blades help "catch the wind", but then again too many will "block" the wind from reaching a large surface (max force at 90 degrees to the wind). I'm not sure of the depth of each blade into the preceeding (lower) blade needed for max. efficiency with this design. I used about 2/3 depth, but maby 50% will give better results. Perhaps this design is sort of a medium between the designs for speed and the designs for torque. It is also like a regular design and somewhat like a helix design. I also made this because I did not see any on YouTube or anyplace else, except perhaps something that might perhaps be similar in photos of jet aircraft engine turbines. Even though designs similar to this are often used vertically (up and down), I see no reason why this design could not be used in a horizontal fashion, perhaps supported at both ends. Also a simple wind deflector can help increase the energy output. Like my previous example, if this is used horizontally, steering (into the wind) can be had by using a turntable type construction, etc. It needs more ...
