wind generator/electric motor that can generate up to 15 Kw?

where can I get a cheap reliable electric motor to connect to a wind turbine that will generate 15 (or more) kilowatts with average 40 mile an hour winds. and I need 2 that get 5Kw going about 2-10 mile an hour (this one will be pushed by water).
